Fees and rebate

Standard consultation

The standard consultation fee for a 50-minute psychology session is $240.00.

Medicare rebates

 

If you have a valid referral from your General Practitioner under a Mental Health Care Plan, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $149.05 per eligible session.

​

The full session fee is payable at the time of your appointment. After each eligible session, we can submit the Medicare rebate claim on your behalf, and Medicare will process the rebate payment.

Medicare rebates apply only to sessions that meet the eligibility criteria under a Mental Health Care Plan and relevant Medicare requirements.

NDIS, TAC and WorkCover

For NDIS, TAC, and WorkCover services, fees are charged according to the relevant funding body schedule or applicable agreement.

Where the service is approved and covered under the relevant arrangement, no gap fee will be charged.

Reports and additional professional services​

​

Reports, letters and other professional services outside a standard consultation may be charged separately.

Where applicable, fees are calculated based on the time required and in accordance with the current APS National Schedule of Suggested Fees, unless another fee schedule applies or a different fee has been agreed in advance.​

The expected scope and likely fee will be discussed before substantial work is undertaken.
